IntroductionFlestolol sulfate is an anti-adrenergic beta-receptor that produces several hemodynamic changes. These changes include a reduction in heart rate, rate pressure product, and increase in peripheral vascular resistance, as well as decrease in myocardial contractility. It is fast-acting with a short half-life.
